Description Proper interviews and interrogations are a key part of any successful investigation. This class will cover how important proper interviews can be. We will discuss the cutting edge legal aspects including mandated recording of interviews, Senate Bill 309 updates, as well as Greene V. Camreta updates. Also discussed will be the relationship between interviews and offender types, false confessions, how to identifying emotions during an interview and interview analysis. The Troy Anderson Murder case review will be presented as well.
