Charlie Asheim has worked in Oregon law enforcement since 2005 and has worked in Gang Enforcement since 2006.  He currently serves as a Detective in the Portland Police Bureau, working as a lead on injury shootings, homicides and gang-related violence.

Jeff began his career in 1995 with the ODOC and was hired by Deschutes County Sheriff's Office as a corrections deputy in 2015.  He is currently assigned as an investigator for Professional Standards.  He has served as an MRT Team Medic, TCCC and DPSST instructor, Crisis Intervention team member and founding member of the DCSO peer support team.
