The Oregon Peace Officers Association currently has general law enforcement membership as well as six subchapters, also known as special chapters.  These special chapters represent particular segments of the law enforcement community and serve the criminal justice field in general.  Each subchapter is guided by a constitution or set of bylaws consistent with the OPOA Constitution.  Annual meetings are held for all members, as well as specialized training for their segment.
