McGuire Instructors: Dr. Nici Vance, State Forensic Anthropologist, OSP Jennifer Nelson, Forensic Scientist, OSP Lindsey Wade, Senior Law Enforcement Specialist, RTI International Detective Brendan McGuire, Portland Police Bureau *Registrants will be vetted and can be refused entry if not affiliated with a law enforcement agency.
